| Job Details The Client Principal provides leadership and management to Client staff and oversees the design and execution of large scale client engagements within Professional Services. This fantastic opportunity for a seasoned PMO Manager has you working with Sydneys finest. You'll be responsible and accountable for key areas of the businessCommercial Leadership:Deliver revenue and billing utilisation targets.Contribute to the development of products and services, which includes methodologies and toolkits as appropriate.Conduct periodic reviews of progress against strategic objectives and revise as necessary in conjunction with Client senior management.Manage selected margin, revenue and customer satisfaction targets on selected customer assignments.Manage the communication of information detailing PS strategic and operational plans and initiatives to all internal (Client) stakeholders.Develop and maintain administrative standards, policies, procedures and processes.Provide support to business development, and engage sales personnel in support of attainment of PS objectives.Participate in sales bids and the general sales process, as defined in the sales engagement model.People Leadership Manage performance, utilisation and training of staff reporting to the Client PrincipalAssist in the acquisition, induction, development and retention of staff involved in the relevant practice and geography.Manage the execution and quality of the PM3 process.Ensure performance management tasks are performed to the appropriate quality and timeframes, and that suitable documentation is maintained.Identify training and development requirements to ensure appropriate capabilities are retained by the delivery consulting staff.Execute training and development plans.Manage and execute consultant forums, learning forums and other group activities associated with advancement of the people strategies.Provide or facilitate coaching and mentoring for consultants. Liaise with Resource Management and Service Delivery Managers to ensure that the skills of recruits match those needed by Client to effectively deliver its Practice services.Services Delivery ManagementOversee the effective delivery of selected engagements, ensuring they meet customer expectations and attain required financial and commercial results.Execute the Service Delivery Representative function, and ensure that assigned engagements are being properly managed.Provide delivery controls and quality assurance around engagements.Refine and deploy appropriate quality programs and processes to improve customer satisfaction.
